Influencer Partnership Program | Earn with VSolo Services Promotion

Dear colleagues, thought leaders! I offer a partnership program to promote my services with the following benefits:

• Lifetime reward for each referred client
• Transparent reward system
• Passive income that can be significant

• Simplicity: your participation is only needed for the recommendation, we handle everything else
• We have a good reputation, proven cases, and reliable reviews

Goals of the Partnership Program

1. For me: additional expansion of the client base.
2. For you: creating a source of passive income.
3. For both of us: long-term mutually beneficial partnerships.

Terms to Start Cooperation

1. The terms of cooperation are described on this page. Currently, I am not interested in:
   • buying contact databases
   • purchasing leads (pay-per-lead)
   • attracting clients via spam
   • other schemes where the end customer has a negative experience
2. I do not work with people, teams, or organizations with a bad reputation.
3. If points (1) and (2) suit you, please send me a request to join the partnership program via Telegram or email with basic information about you:
   • Last name, first name
   • Phone number
   • Email
   • Information about your team or organization if you are not working alone
   • Short description of your activity (blogger, marketer, consultant, etc.)
   • Preferences regarding response time (generally, requests are processed within 3-5 business days, but if a potential client is already waiting for assistance, please inform us, and I or my representatives will contact you ASAP)
4. After reviewing your application, we will sign a partnership agreement, and you will receive personalized promo codes, certificates, and/or other tools, which we will discuss individually.

Reward Calculation Mechanism

1. Rewards are calculated manually. Most clients are referred through direct introductions, as this practice has proven more effective. At the same time, you will have a personal referral link that works across all my resources.
2. The client will be attributed to you in all cases:
   • when they use your promo code
   • when they mention your verbal recommendation
   • when they indicate in any other format that they contacted me/my teams because of you
3. Partners receive 1% of the budget for all deals with the referred client for the entire duration of the client’s cooperation with me and my teams.
4. You will receive a personalized monthly report and have access to view current data online.

Payment Procedures

1. Minimum payment threshold: payments are made when the amount exceeds the equivalent of $50.
2. Payment frequency: payments are made monthly, no earlier than the 5th and no later than the 25th of the month, once a month.
3. Payment methods are discussed individually: bank transfer, cash, cryptocurrency.
4. Transparency: before payment, the partner always receives a report on commission calculations (if any).

Partner Rights and Responsibilities

• Partners are required to:

1. Actively promote services and recommend me and my team.
2. Inform me of any promises made to the client.
3. Use only provided and/or approved methods and materials for attracting clients.
4. Act in accordance with laws and ethical standards.
5. Inform about terminating cooperation and/or starting parallel cooperation with other specialists and/or teams.

• Partners are prohibited from:

1. Using spam for client acquisition.
2. Providing false information to clients.
3. Engaging in activities that could knowingly cause financial or reputational harm to me and my teams.

• Partners may:

1. Suggest their own cooperation methods and client acquisition strategies.
2. Terminate cooperation in case I breach the terms of the agreement.

My Personal and Team Leadership Rights and Responsibilities

• I and my team leaders are required to:

1. Provide access to accurate current information about rewards at any time.
2. Provide up-to-date materials for service promotion.
3. Process calculations and payments promptly.
4. Maintain regular communication and respond to partner inquiries quickly.
5. Fulfill all obligations to clients and partners responsibly and promptly notify if there are reasons why obligations cannot be met fully or on time.

• Rights:

1. Terminate a partner from the program in case of rules violations.
2. Make changes to the partnership program with at least 30 days’ notice to the partner. Ideally, changes should be fully agreed upon and justified.

Termination of Cooperation

• By the partner’s initiative: at any time, but the partner must inform about the decision.
• By VSolo’s initiative: in case of gross violations of the program rules or dishonest behavior (misleading clients, etc.).

Commission Duration

• The partner can count on lifetime commission payouts as long as the referred client remains a client of VSolo and the partnership with the partner remains intact.
• When cooperation between the client and VSolo ends, payments cease. In case of renewed cooperation, payments will resume, provided the partnership with the partner remains intact.

Program Terms

• The program may change to adapt to current realities. In all cases, VSolo must notify partners in advance of any changes.
• New program terms do NOT apply to clients referred earlier.

Additional Rewards

Typical rewards (discussed individually):

• Budget up to $2,000:
  • First month: 5% of the deal’s budget.
  • Next 5 months: 2%.
  • From the 7th month: 1% lifetime.
• Budget from $2,000 to $10,000:
  • First month: 5%.
  • Next 5 months: 3%.
  • From the 7th month: 1% lifetime.
• Budget from $10,000 to $50,000:
  • First month: 4%.
  • Next 5 months: 2%.
  • From the 7th month: 1% lifetime.
• Budget over $50,000:
  • First month: 3%.
  • Next 5 months: 2%.
  • From the 7th month: 1% lifetime.
