Creating effective project management systems

Identifying project development points, vulnerabilities, areas for optimization, formulating and implementing rules that allow building an effective system.

Conducting marketing, technical webdev, and SEO audits of business projects and startups

Researching user experience, current marketing steps, and utilized technical solutions. Overseeing contractors, ensuring controlled, effective inspection, and acceptance of work. Creating a development plan and monitoring its execution, conducting periodic reviews, and improving plans in line with project development and surrounding processes.

Creating technical tasks for development and promotion

Every audit and planning is an examination of the current situation and goals, and the formation of a plan with clear tasks. A properly created technical task (TT) is a crucial condition for the qualitative execution of tasks, rapid and effective achievement of goals. Without the right TT, the efficient development of the project is impossible without financial losses in the long term.

Experience as a Manager, Consultant, Advisor

As a project manager, consultant, and advisor, I started practicing since 2004. At that time, I was consulting on content issues on websites, but with the development of knowledge, experience, and skills, the number of issues I could help with increased. Some of the achievements are described in the Case Studies section.

Created my own system of web developer courses and conducted training, inviting the most motivated course participants to join my team.

Developed my own system for productive interaction among team members, partners, and clients. The system is constantly evolving and improving, has been implemented in several projects where I was invited as a consultant or manager, and significant improvements in the quality of interaction, volume and quality of work execution were achieved almost instantly, while avoiding time and financial losses.

My experience as a narrow specialist

Author, copywriter, rewriter

In 2000, I started professionally creating content for websites. Depending on the level of knowledge in the topics, I wrote original texts, engaged in copywriting, and rewrote (rephrased) existing content. Mostly these were articles, informational abstracts, and news.

Starting from 2004, I actively engaged in commercial projects, internet shops, and websites with effective content. Learned to quickly find, analyze information, verify, reproduce. Wrote for several publishers. The best result from a technical point of view (symbols) - over 110 thousand characters of unique content descriptions of positions for an online store within 1 day.

Frontend Developer

Around 2003, alongside website creation, I started engaging in content management, meaning content formatting on websites. This work required basic knowledge of HTML markup. Rapid development began: adding and editing content on existing pages, creating new pages based on existing ones, designing new pages with completely new structures according to unique designs, installing simple CMS and working with templates.

SEO Specialist

Naturally, article authors, content managers, and web developers often follow SEO specialistsʼ guidelines. As an executor, I created SEO-optimized content, added proper markup and microdata to pages, optimized pages according to SEO, usability, speed, and efficiency recommendations.

It seems to me that it was a time of rapid development in SEO. For a moment, reciprocal linking between websites began to show incredible effectiveness, but after several updates from search engines, it pulled websites down. Based on the fact that I didnʼt see such recommendations from other specialists, I believe I was one of the first to effectively use double chaotic reciprocal linking, which helped me reach the top positions.

Backend, full-stack developer

Getting to know CMS WordPress and starting to develop custom themes prompted me to start learning PHP. The demand for bug fixes on other CMSs led to the study of various approaches and solutions. For a while, Drupal became the favorite CMS. However, most projects were still built on WordPress.

The creation and maintenance of interesting projects prompted me to start actively using the NetBeans IDE, task organization programs, time tracking, and other useful applications. Currently, there is a large number of my own developments, including multilingualism without CMS, for organizing SEO, functionality, and more. Among the solutions, I sometimes use Vue.js for the frontend and PHP for the backend.

Individual valuable cases

The Spherium.finance project successfully raised over two million dollars in investments for development. Why? The information delivery system has been refined, a brand book has been developed, documentation design, WhitePaper, and the design of the first website have been created.

beQ - rapid development of the internal part of the project, internal calculation logic, and Dashboard. The development was carried out quickly (partially provided by continuous iterative development), all within the available budget.

The family of projects under the name CYBOR: Cybor COIN, Cybor NFT, Cybor Pay, Cybor Coin. They include a payment system, token, security system, investment project. Websites were created for the project, control and management of interaction with contractors were provided, a lot of marketing tools and resources were created, which proved to be effective. The most useful part of the project in terms of experience is when 3 months before the project was frozen, I identified and warned about possible problems, offered ways to solve them. Upon request to systematize and transfer, I transferred absolutely all technical data, access, graphical and other developments to the project management. The invasion of Russia into Ukraine began, and me and my team were thrown out of the project without compensation for unpaid services. A month later, the project was frozen, and a few months later - stopped. Deadlines were postponed several times... Incredible, useful experience.

Getting to the top of search results for competitive queries by following well-known recommendations and using my proprietary SEO promotion system. This algorithm allowed me to reach the top and take first place in the competition of specialists across the CIS countries within a week, and it worked well in several e-commerce and informational projects.

Since 2001 - a strong and powerful reputation both towards Clients and Subordinates. Video reviews can be seen here.

Edukacja

Główne wykształcenie - wyższe, SumDU (Sumy State University), w dziedzinie Urządzeń i Sprzętu Elektronicznego. Średnie wykształcenie zawodowe w dziedzinach Ekonomii Przedsiębiorstw oraz Regulacji i naprawy układów logicznych i inteligentnych oraz sieci.

Almost all of the knowledge, skills, and experience I offer have been acquired through active self-education and practical experience while completing tasks for businesses and startups. Some of the courses I have taken:

Values and Personal Qualities

I am always focused on constructive mutually beneficial cooperation, which can be confirmed by testimonials. Thanks to good communication skills, I was able to resolve the situation and successfully complete the development of the web service for the SAORSA project, despite the crazy payment delays, incorrectly set tasks, untimely and incomplete provision of information, and slow verification of the work done.

The experience and education described in the relevant sections allow me to quickly grasp the idea of almost any startup or business, understand it, and offer effective ways to achieve goals. As an example, one can mention projects of the fintech holding CYBOR, projects in the medical field, real estate sector, financial sphere, gambling industry. One of the main important requirements from my side - the project must be transparent and honest.

I put all my efforts into fulfilling commitments on time and with high quality. Therefore, sometimes I (for example, in cooperation with the subsidiary project Keller Williams) "discuss in too much detail" the way to solve the task. However, this ensures achieving the goals in the way that best suits your needs.

What projects have I worked on?

I have experience working with various types of projects: informational websites, e-commerce stores, startups, investment projects, gambling, medical, and government projects. This has given me a good understanding of the needs of each type of project.

Among past projects - small local businesses, large international brands, average businesses, startups with limited funding, and projects of companies with billion-dollar budgets. A comprehensive approach helps me to perform tasks at a high level. I strive to ensure that the party receiving consultations or services is not just satisfied, but pleasantly surprised.
